Day 1 - Saturday
- Arrival and check in to your Accomodation
- 17h Special Welcome Drink and Apero
- Traditional Dinner is served either at Villa
Day 2 - Sunday
- 8h-10h Breakfast is served
- 10-12h free time
- 12h-13h Light lunch is served at the villa
- 14h Departure for Pula for an afternoon exploring one of the largest Roman Amphitheaters in the world - Arena. Free time to explore the city.
- Dinner is served at a local restaurant with the view over Arena -the perfect way to end the day
Day 3 - Monday
- 9-10h Breakfast served at the villa
- 10h Departure for truffle hunting (approx 1h drive) with a light local lunch served in a luxury family restaurant (Everything is home made with locally grown specialities)
- 13h Lunch is served - a beautiful 5 course degustation menu
- 16h On the way back, we will stop at Istria's lovely hilltop villages: Motovun and Hum for a relaxing walk and to enjoy the views
- Free time for dinner. We are happy to assist you with restaurant recommendations shall you have room after our rich lunch :)
Day 4 - Tuesday
- 8h-10h Breakfast
- 10h Departure for Rovinj with free time to explore the city
- 13h Lunch is served at a local fish restaurant litteraly on the rocks
- In the afternoon departure back to Pula and enjoy an organic olive oil tasting
- Dinner served at the villa
Day 5 - Wednesday
- 8h-10h Breakfast is served while having a relaxing morning at the villa
- 11h Departure for winetasting, exploring the hilltop villages and local lunch in the heart of Istria with lush nature
- 16h Departure back and relaxing evening
- Free time for dinner. We are happy to assist you with restaurant recommendations shall you have room after our rich lunch :)
Day 6 - Thursday
- 8h-10h Breakfast
- 11-15h Departure for a lunch with locals where you will have time to try local wines, cheese, homemade food and meet locals who nurture Istrian traditional delicacies
- Free afternoon to explore the region
- Dinner is served in the Villa
Day 7 - Friday
- Today is a free day. You can choose to relax in the morning by the pool or do an additional activity such as kayaking (*additional cost)
- Light lunch is served at the villa
- Special Goodbye Dinner served in the villa or a nearby restaurant
Day 7 - Saturday
- 9h-10h Breakfast is served
- 10 h Check out from the villa
